Senior Director, Commercial Analytics, HIV Prevention Integrated Insights
Core Responsibilities
- Define and lead the commercial analytics strategy for HIV Prevention, aligned with business priorities and long-term growth objectives
- Serve as a strategic advisor to ED/VP leaders, shaping business decisions, investment priorities, and go-to-market strategies
- Translate market dynamics, customer behaviors, and performance signals into enterprise-level insights
- Lead analytics support for multi-year planning processes (e.g., LSP)
- Drive evolution of analytics capabilities, including AI/ML solutions and innovative data sources
- Establish best practices, frameworks, and standards for performance measurement and decision support
- Oversee enterprise KPI frameworks, dashboards, and diagnostic tools to monitor and optimize performance
- Lead identification and application of emerging technologies and data ecosystems
- Integrate insights across multiple data streams to inform high-stakes decisions (brand strategy, market expansion, customer engagement)
- Lead development of strategic business cases to prioritize investments
- Direct advanced analytics initiatives (segmentation, patient journey analytics, treatment dynamics, commercial optimization)
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Digital, and Commercial Operations to align priorities and execution
- Build and develop a high-performing, diverse analytics organization; champion inclusion, talent development, and engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs Degree + 14+ years, OR Masterβs + 12+ years, OR PhD + 10+ years
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep expertise in HIV/virology (including provider-administered markets)
- Experience integrating AI/advanced analytics into commercial decision-making
- MBA or advanced degree in healthcare/analytics/business
Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Salary range: $261,375.00 - $338,250.00; may include discretionary bonus, long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
