Senior Director, Clinical Supply Product Budget Management & Sourcing Lead

Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise leadership for global comparator and standard of care sourcing across R&D clinical trials; govern a ~$300M Clinical Supply Chain portfolio budget covering comparators, standard of care, and IRT.
- Accountable for external alliances, portfolio-level financial governance, and digital enablement to drive efficiency, scalability, and disciplined execution while balancing cost, risk, and speed to market.
- Increase visibility to comparator usage; identify and reduce wastage.
- Lead and develop a globally distributed organization for comparator/standard-of-care sourcing, alliance management, and clinical supply/IRT budget oversight.
- Define and execute portfolio-level sourcing strategies; drive sourcing/budget/execution efficiencies via standardization and data-driven decisions.
- Champion digital enablement/process innovation, including quantifying/monetizing clinical supply waste.
- Serve as senior external interface for comparator and supply partnerships; represent BMS in industry benchmarking and comparator network activities.
- Ensure regulatory/financial/transparency compliance (including Sunshine Act reporting); proactively identify/mitigate supply, financial, and execution risks.
- Interface with R&D Finance Portfolio Team for projections/forecasts and enterprise reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s or advanced degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
- 15+ years in clinical supply chain, clinical development operations, or related pharmaceutical leadership.
- Proven ability to lead across operational execution, regulatory/quality/compliance risk, and enterprise financial trade-offs.
- Knowledge across R&D/clinical ops/supply chain.
- Proven success partnering with Global Procurement and contracting with external parties.
