About the Role
Senior Director, Channel Account Management (Commercial Operations & Channel Management). Lead Insmed’s specialty pharmacy account management function, driving contracting excellence and using data insights to optimize patient access and operational performance. Primary strategic owner of specialty pharmacy relationships; partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Legal, Compliance, and Product.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of Channel Account Directors with goals, roadmaps, and performance expectations across limited specialty pharmacy networks.
- Oversee specialty pharmacy programs (onboarding, performance tracking, service delivery).
- Assess/design/implement enhanced pharmacy services to improve patient experience and access.
- Represent Insmed at national industry meetings; translate insights into internal recommendations.
- Own contract negotiation strategy with specialty pharmacy partners, including coordinating business rules.
- Develop/manage network strategy (partner prioritization, access optimization, channel readiness for current & pipeline products).
- Oversee enhanced service agreements and ensure compliance with legal/regulatory/corporate policies.
- Manage gross-to-net (GTN) financial impact and align with business objectives.
- Drive pharmacy channel business reviews; set/track performance goals.
- Use HUB and specialty pharmacy data to monitor patient journey, track new patient starts, and surface access insights.
- Apply analytical rigor to identify trends, evaluate outcomes, and improve channel/access performance.
Who You Are / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years pharmaceutical/biotech trade or channel experience; deep specialty pharmacy expertise.
- Specialty pharmacy contracting experience (including enhanced service agreements).
- 5–7 years people leadership experience.
- Strong financial/business acumen managing GTN and channel economics.
- Proficiency interpreting specialty pharmacy, claims, and HUB data.
- Rare disease/specialty therapeutic area commercialization/launch and channel readiness experience.
- Proven cross-functional leadership and influence with senior stakeholders.
Skills

Where You’ll Work
- Fully remote; occasional travel up to 20%.
Pay Range
- $214,000.00–$292,000.00 annual.
