Position Summary
- Lead overall brand strategy and marketing execution for the companyโ€™s Gastroenterology key product, evolving brand vision, driving integrated marketing efforts, and overseeing thought leader engagement with cohesive communication across HCPs, patients, and the medical community.

Responsibilities
- Evolve and execute brand vision, positioning, and market strategy through the annual brand planning process.
- Drive brand awareness and demand generation across HCP and Consumer strategies via personal promotion and digital channels.
- Represent brand initiatives and results at weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review meetings.
- Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, Sales Training, Commercial Operations, and Corporate Communications for messaging, data generation, and commercialization pull-through.
- Serve as primary brand champion to ensure consistency across internal/external touchpoints.
- Oversee brand performance metrics and market insights to drive data-driven decisions and optimize ROI.
- Oversee marketing budget and ensure campaigns support strategy, strong ROI, and are within budget.
- Manage external agency and vendor partnerships to maximize execution and manage budget.

Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop teams for HCP Marketing, Patient Marketing, and Thought Leader Engagement; set goals aligned to business objectives.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and professional development.

Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop cross-functionally aligned brand plan and ensure execution of HCP and DTP tactics based on market insights.
- Partner on media/NPP strategy; align patient and HCP initiatives.
- Drive compliant content creation and promotional materials (regulatory/medical review).
- Partner with analytics/insights to evaluate effectiveness and refine strategies.

Thought Leader & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build relationships with KOLs, professional societies, and advocacy groups via Thought Leader Liaison.
- Oversee advisory boards, speaker programs, and congress activities.
- Partner with Medical Affairs for compliant external engagement and RWE evidence generation.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree; MBA strongly preferred; 10+ years progressive biotech/pharma/specialty healthcare marketing or brand leadership.
- Proven success leading commercial strategy for launched or early-stage products in competitive therapeutic areas.
- Strong verbal/written communication for Commercial leadership and Executive audiences.
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams.
- Strong understanding of biopharma regulatory and compliance frameworks for marketing.
- Strategic/analytical mindset with operational discipline.
- Collaborative/influential leader in a matrix environment; entrepreneurial, action-oriented.
- High emotional intelligence and executive presence.
- Gastroenterology experience or relevant disease/market knowledge preferred.
- Digital marketing experience a plus.

Travel
- Up to ~40% travel as required.
