Senior Director, Access & Reimbursement

Role: Lead regional strategy and team management for access and reimbursement of Madrigal's specialty product, Rezdiffra, targeting MASH treatment. Responsibilities: oversee a team of ARMs, develop and execute access and reimbursement strategies, foster strong healthcare provider relationships, and ensure operational compliance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Market Access, Sales, and Analytics to address access barriers and implement innovative market solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), 10+ years in access/reimbursement or patient support within pharma or healthcare, proven leadership skills, and knowledge of pharmacy benefit structures, especially in gastroenterology/hepatology.
