Essential Functions:
- Partner across business functions to oversee sales/sales operations, marketing, market access, and medical affairs to ensure compliance with Code of Conduct, company policies, industry codes, and U.S./global laws.
- Support compliance policy rollouts, including training and technical/logistical support.
- Advise leadership and embed compliance in marketing and sales decisions; proactively mitigate compliance risks in early concept discussions.
- Monitor sales/marketing activities (e.g., sponsorships, exhibits, conferences) for regulatory and strategy alignment.
- Lead day-to-day management of the FTC order; conduct monitoring per compliance plans.
- Project manage Compliance Team projects; partner with stakeholders to review/analyze/report field compliance and next steps.
- Oversee transparency reporting (Federal Physician Payments Sunshine Act, state/municipal transparency) and employee licensing/registration; create/update/deliver new-hire Transparency HCP Training.
- Prepare for Compliance/Audit Committees and Board meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree (BA/BS) in Business (Required). Masterโs (MS/MA) (Preferred).
- 12+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare; 12+ years in ethics and compliance programs.
- Familiar with 7 elements of an effective compliance program.
- Regulatory knowledge (OIG guidance, PhRMA, FDA); advanced Excel/PowerPoint and analytics/reporting.
- Salesforce and Veeva (desired); Concur (desired).
Compensation/Benefits:
- Base salary: $165,000โ$180,000; short-term incentive/bonus opportunity within first 12 months.
