Senior Compensation Analyst

Role: Senior Compensation Analyst responsible for developing, administering, and analyzing global compensation programs, including base pay, bonuses, and long-term incentives. Objectives: ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation strategies aligned with company goals. Responsibilities: lead annual compensation review (Focal), conduct market research, participate in surveys, analyze data, support job evaluations, and develop reporting and analytics using Workday and SnowSight. Collaborate with HR partners and management on compensation issues, including job classification and incentive planning, and support financial forecasting related to compensation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Finance, or Business; 5+ years in compensation, with expertise in base, variable pay, and long-term incentives; strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred: proficiency with MS Office, Google Suites, Excel, Google Sheets, AI tools for reporting automation, and HR systems such as Workday. High-Value: experience with global compensation programs, market surveys (Radford AON), compliance with employment laws, and experience with biotech or life sciences industry practices.
