Core Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high level clinical and product expertise and customer service to customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers; perform account development to build clinical champions and drive utilization of Monarch systems and scopes.
- Provide in-case procedural support as a technical consultant; deliver education to build physician and clinical staff competence and confidence.
- Identify and act on educational opportunities; provide exceptional customer service and technically complex case support.
- Liaison between customers and corporate office for peer review cases; ensure timely and accurate reporting of complaints/technical issues.
- Partner with peers to meet account development objectives.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of commercially available Monarch products; deliver fellow/physician education programs.
- Develop professional education events tailored to each market.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable laws (e.g., HIPAA, Sunshine Act, Monarch Sales Guidelines).
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Ability to work in all hospital departments, including operating room environment.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare.
- Travel 50%–75% within designated territory.
- Valid driver’s license in one of the 50 U.S. states.
