Role Summary

The Senior Cell Therapy Account Manager (Sr. CTAM) is responsible for sales by accelerating the adoption and appropriate use of Arcellx cell therapy products across leading academic hospitals and community networks. As the account lead, the Sr. CTAM drives strategic account management—creating and executing action plans that expand therapy access, elevate treatment center performance, and deliver an unrivaled experience for both patients and providers. This role is central to advancing Arcellx’s mission to transform outcomes for people living with multiple myeloma.

Responsibilities

  • Drive multiple myeloma CAR-T brand choice within authorized treatment centers (ATCs) and community-based accounts.
  • Competitively sell Arcellx products through a deep knowledge of the multiple myeloma landscape and best-in-class clinical expertise.
  • Effectively navigate complex account environments by identifying and understanding the needs and challenges of diverse stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams to provide targeted support.
  • Integrate customer insights and analytical data to design and execute strategic account plans. Develop a deep understanding of customer dynamics and market trends to identify opportunities, uncover barriers to treatment, and drive actionable insights.
  • Share relevant account and HCP insights with cross-functional and alliance partners, highlighting business trends, competitive shifts, and changes in the therapeutic landscape. Support alliance partners to ensure the patient experience is positive and seamless.
  • Equip ATC staff with CAR-T process training that will eliminate barriers to use and optimize operational workflows.
  • Operate in strict compliance with all laws, regulations, company policies, and ethical standards, including protection of patient-identifiable data.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of hematology/oncology therapeutic experience required.
  • Experience in cell therapy, immunotherapy, and/or multiple myeloma strongly preferred, along with a strong understanding of oncology market dynamics.
  • Proven and consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in complex, competitive, high-value therapeutic areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, strategic accounts and navigate complex academic hospital systems in collaboration with cross-functional and co-marketing partners.
  • Experience with new product launches within academic hospitals or specialty markets is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 50%.
