Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy and execution of HCP and consumer marketing initiatives across the product lifecycle, emphasizing launch planning, launch readiness, and post-launch optimization.
- Develop and execute integrated brand and product launch strategies (positioning, messaging, segmentation, sequencing, annual brand plans) to achieve franchise sales and revenue objectives; run pre-, launch-, and post-launch multi-channel campaigns for patients and HCPs.
- Drive digital marketing strategy across Facebook, Google/Bing, YouTube, and Connected TV; build scalable digital capabilities and measurement/ROI frameworks using analytics and feedback.
- Plan and execute HCP advisory boards, consultant engagements, market research, and medical conferences; develop HCP educational/promotional materials and align congress/field activities with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Market Access.
- Lead cross-functional launch workstreams and governance; manage launch plans, timelines, decisions, risks/dependencies, and readiness assessments; mentor team members.
- Manage budgets and launch resources (accruals, PO/SOWs, vendor payments); collaborate on forecasting, scenario planning, and launch performance assumptions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing or Business) β€” Required.
- MBA β€” Preferred.
- 8+ years pharmaceutical industry experience, including supporting at least one product launch from pre-launch through post-launch optimization; launch workstream/readiness/commercialization experience strongly preferred.
- Proven pharmaceutical marketing experience (brand strategy, launch planning, positioning/messaging, market research, promotional development, digital campaigns, HCP engagement, performance measurement).
- Specialized knowledge: launch project management and governance; data-driven optimization; familiarity with Veeva/CRM and launch dashboards.

Benefits/Compensation (explicitly stated):
- Base salary: $170,000–$195,000/year; short-term incentive/bonus opportunity in first 12 months.
