Senior Brand Manager, U.S. Women’s Health
Responsibilities:
- Manage the U.S. Women’s Health P&L (revenue, gross margin, A&P investment, trade spend, and brand contribution).
- Lead business analytics, performance reporting, consumption forecasting, and diagnosis of brand, category, customer/channel, media, and competitive trends.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve performance and optimize resource allocation.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Strategy, Insights, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Commercial leadership to deliver monthly/quarterly/annual objectives.
- Represent the business in demand reviews, forecast discussions, inventory planning, performance updates, and budget management.
- Develop U.S. brand plans (growth strategy, consumer/customer priorities, investment plans, KPIs, execution roadmaps).
- Advance branded and store brand portfolios (identify growth/portfolio gaps; pricing/promotion opportunities; commercialization priorities).
- Maintain brand architecture/positioning, claims strategy, content priorities, and consistent identity.
- Lead integrated marketing execution (media, digital, social, HCP, shopper/retail, customer, sampling, promotional activation).
- Develop customer-ready materials and trade plans; support customer meetings.
- Measure campaign/media/digital/customer impact and market share; adjust based on KPI evaluation.
- Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies with briefs, timelines, budgets, and execution excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/related required; MBA/master’s preferred.
- 7+ years progressive brand management and/or consumer/marketing (digital/shopper/retail/commercial); CPG/OTC/consumer healthcare or regulated category preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with P&L, business analytics/forecasting, brand planning, media planning, trade activation, and cross-functional execution.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data/financials/trends/consumer insights/campaign performance.
- Proven ability to develop brand strategies, manage A&P budgets, evaluate performance, and drive portfolio growth (innovation/renovation/commercialization/pricing/promotion/customer sell-in).
- Excellent communication and ability to influence without direct authority.
- Comfort with ambiguity; strong project management, detail, and deadline commitment.
- Digital/Media/Social/eCommerce/HCP/performance reporting preferred.
