Senior Associate, Trial Disclosure

Role: Senior Associate, Trial Disclosure, supporting clinical trial registration, results posting, and agency disclosure activities across multiple therapeutic areas, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: execute timely and accurate disclosures of clinical data, develop and implement SOPs, coordinate review and approval processes, support anonymization and redaction of sensitive information, and manage registration activities for global registries, including complex study designs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in health or biological sciences; 3-4 years experience in clinical trial registries, regulatory transparency, or drug development, with a background in clinical research, quality, or regulatory affairs. Preferred: industry experience in medical writing or pharmaceutical certification (e.g., AMWA), 1-3 years writing experience, strong project management skills, and familiarity with registration, results, lay summaries, and agency disclosure norms.
