Senior Associate, Talent Discovery & Selection Operations

Role: Senior Associate, Talent Discovery & Selection (TDS) Operations, supporting recruiting technology to optimize talent acquisition processes at Insmed. Responsibilities: oversee TDS tech ecosystem (Workday Recruiting, AI, CRM systems), implement automation, develop dashboards and reports, support new hire orientation, and coordinate candidate onboarding; collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to improve operational efficiency and adoption of recruiting tools. Requirements: 1-3 years supporting HR/Talent Acquisition tech; Bachelor's in HR, IS, Business, or related field; experience with Workday Recruiting, conversational AI, and workflow automation; strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency. Nice to have: Master’s in data analytics.
