Senior Associate Scientist - Immuno Assay

Role: Senior Associate Scientist supporting immunoassay development and validation within a biopharma setting; focuses on assay design, troubleshooting, validation, and data analysis to support pipeline projects. Responsibilities: develop and validate immunoassays (e.g., ELISA), write validation protocols, operate lab instruments, evaluate new technologies, manage sample processing, and prepare reports. Collaborate with assay development scientists and study directors; oversee reagent prep, safety, and compliance; manage multiple projects and present data clearly. Requirements: Bachelor's in biology or related field, 3-6 years of bioanalytical assay experience, hands-on knowledge of immunoassay platforms, understanding of GxP and FDA regulations; bioanalytical assay development experience preferred, Master’s degree desirable.
