Senior Associate Scientist, ADC In Vivo Pharmacology

Role: Senior Associate Scientist in In Vivo Pharmacology within Pfizer's Oncology Research Unit, focusing on antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) programs alongside other large and small molecule oncology therapeutics. Responsibilities: execute and support in vivo efficacy, tolerability, and pharmacodynamic studies using models such as xenografts and syngeneic systems; perform tumor measurements, dosing, sample collection, and clinical observations; collaborate across teams including pathology, bioanalysis, and vivarium operations; ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, and animal welfare standards; and maintain accurate documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in biology, pharmacology, or related field; hands-on experience with rodent handling and oncology in vivo techniques; familiarity with tumor models, dosing, and sample collection; strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred: experience supporting ADC, targeted therapies, or immuno-oncology studies; knowledge of ADC pharmacology (target antigen, payload, linker stability); proficiency with ex vivo/in vitro assays and electronic study management systems; AALAS certification is advantageous.
