Senior Associate, Market Research (Hybrid) - Deerfield, IL
What You Will Do:
- Implement primary market research projects, understanding research sponsor needs and contributing to the insight generation plan.
- Support key annual activities including Executive Reviews, Brand Planning, Budgeting, and reason support with objective insights.
- Translate primary market research findings into practical insights and influence team decision-making.
- Communicate effectively and maintain relationships with internal cross-functional partners and external vendors to prioritize business needs and enable insights.
- Improve team capabilities by researching and implementing new research tools (AI-based platforms) and internal/external standard methodologies.
Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of primary market research, data analytics, and/or consulting experience
- OR Associate’s degree and 6 years of primary market research, data analytics, and/or consulting experience
- OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years of primary market research, data analytics, and/or consulting experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Consulting experience within the pharma space
- Expertise in pharma primary market research techniques
- Analytical skills; translate complex information into practical outcomes
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills for diverse audiences, including senior management
- Strategic thinking to support key business decisions
- Collaborative teamwork across functional groups
