Purpose
- The Senior Analyst β Brand Management & Inventory Analytics leads inventory actuals reporting cycles, provides financial leadership around inventory processes and policies, promotes cross-functional collaboration, supports Operations Brand Teams for certain products, and drives automation and improvements in inventory consolidation and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead global inventory reporting cycles and manage templates (Actuals and LBE).
- Prepare monthly management reporting slide decks covering unapproved inventory, inventory reserves, and distressed inventory.
- Demonstrate team vision and norms; enable change and promote teamwork.
- Drive inventory governance through adherence to policy and standardization of inventory processes.
- Improve data integrity; build robust/agile reporting in Power BI and simplify processes.
- Drive inventory automation via technology and functionality enhancements.
- Provide actionable insight to global business partners on inventory holdings.
- Participate in Brand Team meetings to understand product/business dynamics affecting inventory balances.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum 5β7 years of related experience.
- High proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
- Ability to influence cross-functionally and drive tasks to consensus/closure.
- Ability to work independently and adjust priorities as needed.
- Strong communication skills; can synthesize complex concepts into simple terms.
- Innovation mindset; continuous improvement attitude.
- Self-motivated with high accountability.
- Demonstrated problem solving within a framework of financial policies and concepts.
