Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Commercial Analytics transforms complex healthcare data into actionable business insights that drive brand performance and support strategic decision-making. Partners with marketing, sales, market access, patient support services, and commercial operations to identify opportunities, evaluate performance drivers, and improve patient outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources (medical claims, prescription/Rx, HUB services, specialty pharmacy, commercial datasets) to identify business performance drivers
- Translate business questions into structured analyses for brand strategy, patient journey optimization, and field execution
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reporting across the patient journey
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on strategic initiatives and business decisions
- Evaluate and improve data quality, integrity, consistency, and usability across systems
- Present analyses via visualizations and business-focused storytelling
- Support forecasting, market assessments, and ad hoc analytical requests
- Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2+ years in commercial analytics, business analytics, or related roles
- Healthcare dataset experience (claims, Rx, HUB, specialty pharmacy, etc.)
- Strong SQL; experience with large datasets (e.g., Snowflake)
- Power BI or Tableau
- Statistical analysis knowledge
- Ability to translate findings for non-technical stakeholders
- Pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare experience preferred
- Domestic/international travel as needed

Preferred Skills
- Patient journey analytics, funnel analysis, market access dynamics
- Forecasting/segmentation/performance analytics experience
- Python or R exposure
- Ability to solve complex business problems with data
- Synthesizing multiple data sources into recommendations

Benefits/Pay (if stated)
- Discretionary bonus and equity awards; salary range: $97,000–$120,700
