Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Alliances is responsible for improving implementation and partner relationship management best practices and driving Caris to be recognized as a biopharma partner of choice.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage/oversee a portfolio of strategic alliance programs (strategic value & alliance health, contract management, delivery, process management).
- Conduct due diligence, lead periodic health checks, and execute annual operating plans.
- Guide internal teams on partnership agreement opportunities/constraints; ensure aims, deliverables, and objectives are met.
- Lead prescriptive delivery: gather partner requirements, direct delivery teams from start to final deliverables, manage timelines/technical performance, escalate roadblocks, and track to goals.
- Shepherd intra-/inter-company alignment, drive continuous improvement, enhance governance, identify expansion opportunities, and validate feasibility/risks/resources/timelines.
- Proactively manage partner needs/risks/dependencies; lead mitigation planning and issue resolution.
- Demonstrate competency in solutions, communicate value, tailor approaches, and build/expand customer relationships; mentor and contribute to team capability development and process improvement.
- When applicable: lead/motivate/coach/develop teams; ensure partner satisfaction and contractual delivery; oversee resources across portfolios; make data-driven decisions; support talent management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in molecular biology/clinical molecular diagnostics/oncology OR managing real-world data, drug development/discovery, clinical research/study management, product management, companion diagnostics, healthcare implementation/delivery/program management.
- Prior manager-level experience.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and business internet tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of CLIA, CAP, GMP, GCP, IVDR, HIPAA.
- Experience delivering/partnering on oncology offerings, lab services, therapeutic programs, data products, or clinical-trial enrollment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and/or direct reports.
