Responsibilities:
- Manage/oversee a portfolio of strategic alliances programs: alliance health due diligence and health checks; annual operating plans.
- Contract management: guide internal teams to meet partnership aims, deliverables, and objectives.
- Delivery leadership: gather partner requirements; recommend Caris solution provisioning; direct delivery to final deliverables; manage timelines/technical performance; escalate roadblocks; track to goals.
- Process and governance management for partner implementations; drive continuous improvement; redesign governance; identify expansion opportunities; serve as internal SME for expansion feasibility, risks, resourcing, and timelines.
- Proactive risk management: identify/assess/communicate partner needs, risks, dependencies; lead mitigation and issue resolution.
- Customer/business excellence: communicate Caris value, tailor best-practice approaches, maintain/expand relationships; mentor; contribute to process improvement and pilot new approaches; provide account-level forecasting inputs.
- (If applicable) Lead/coach/develop team; ensure partner satisfaction and contractual obligations; oversee operations/resource allocation; data-driven decisions; support talent management and hiring.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years’ experience in molecular biology/clinical molecular diagnostics/oncology and/or multimodal real-world data, drug development/discovery, clinical research/study management, product management, companion diagnostics, healthcare implementation/delivery, or program management.
- Manager-level experience.
- Up to 20% travel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet-based tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of CLIA/CAP/GMP/GCP/IVDR/HIPAA and impact on operations.
- Experience delivering/partnering for oncology offerings, lab services, therapeutic programs, healthcare data products, or clinical-trial enrollment.
- Cross-functional team leadership and/or direct reports.
