Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a sales strategy for assigned territory/customer base; penetrate territory.
- Manage call planning, time management, and accurate forecasting.
- Drive utilization via product demonstrations; provide customer training/education (indications, contradictions, safety).
- Execute launch/install action plans; use reward programs/enrollment tools to drive consumable usage.
- Coordinate user meetings/intro workshops; support tradeshows and workshops.
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships; identify new customers and grow existing base; conduct business evaluations/reviews.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the industry and competitive products.
- Maintain collaboration and communication with surgical/nonsurgical specialists, marketing, and clinical teams.
- Generate leads and cross-sell opportunities for Capital Equipment Specialists.
- Prepare sales contracts (terms, quotes, pricing).
- Complete administrative tasks (quarterly business plans, account profiles/customer database, expense reports).
- Build customer loyalty through service and communication.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelorโs degree preferred.
- 2+ years B2B sales experience required.
- Experience selling consumables/medical products to plastic surgeons or dermatologists in FDA-regulated environments.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, surgical techniques, and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with FDA/corporate guidelines; support GCP and GDP.
Skills/Requirements:
- Strong selling, planning/organization, influence/closing, and time management.
- Excellent written/oral communication; ability to present clinical/technical info to providers/groups.
- Ability to connect with employees at all levels.
- Valid driverโs license; clean driving record.
- Travel ~75%; occasional weekends; transport up to 60 lbs.
- Technical acumen (software/hardware basics).
Compensation/Benefits:
- Base pay: $90Kโ$120K; eligible for annual bonus or sales incentive.
