Responsibilities:
- Build and develop a sales strategy for assigned territory and customer base.
- Drive territory penetration with effective call planning, time management, and accurate forecasting.
- Increase utilization via product demonstrations and customer training/education (indications, contradictions, safety).
- Execute launch installation action plans and use reward programs/enrollment tools to drive consumable usage.
- Coordinate high attendance at user meetings, intro workshops, and support tradeshows/workshops.
- Develop and maintain key relationships; identify new customers; conduct business evaluations/reviews.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert on the industry and competitive products.
- Maintain collaboration and consistent communication with surgical/non-surgical specialists, marketing, and clinical teams.
- Generate leads and cross-selling opportunities for Capital Equipment Specialists.
- Prepare sales contracts (terms, quotes, pricing).
- Complete administrative tasks (quarterly business plans, account profiles/customer database, expense reports).
- Build customer loyalty through superior service and effective communication.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelorโs degree preferred.
- 2+ years B2B sales experience.
- Experience selling consumables/medical products to plastic surgeons or dermatologists in an FDA-regulated, controlled environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, surgical techniques, and procedures.
Required skills/requirements:
- Strong selling skills; planning/organization; ability to influence/close.
- Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present clinical/technical info.
- Valid driverโs license; clean driving record.
- Travel ~75%; occasional weekends; ability to transport up to 60 lbs; technical acumen with software/hardware.
