Senior Account Specialist (Territory: Upstate NY/Connecticut and surrounding areas)

Responsibilities:
- Build and develop a sales strategy for assigned territory and customer base.
- Drive territory penetration, effective call planning, time management, and accurate forecasting.
- Increase utilization through product demonstrations, customer training, and education (indications, contradictions, safety).
- Execute launch installation action plans; leverage reward programs/enrollment tools to drive consumable usage.
- Coordinate user meetings and intro workshops; support tradeshows and workshops.
- Develop/maintain key relationships; identify new customers; maintain and grow existing base; perform business evaluations/reviews.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on industry and competitive products.
- Maintain collaboration and consistent communication with surgical/non-surgical specialists, marketing, and clinical counterparts.
- Generate leads and cross-selling opportunities for Capital Equipment Specialists.
- Prepare sales contracts (terms, quotes, pricing).
- Admin tasks: quarterly business plans, maintain account profiles/customer database, expense reports.
- Build customer loyalty through superior service, communication, and maximizing customer contact.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred.
- 2+ years B2B/business-to-business sales experience required.
- Experience selling consumables/medical products to plastic surgeons or dermatologists in an FDA-regulated environment preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, surgical techniques, and procedures preferred.

- Planning/organizational skills; agile prioritization and time management.
- Strong written and oral communication; ability to present clinical/technical info to providers and groups.
- Ability to connect with all levels.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; clean driving record.
- Travel ~75%; occasional overnights/weekends; ability to transport up to 60 lbs.
- Technical acumen to use software and basic hardware.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting base pay range: $90Kโ€“$120K. Eligible for annual bonus and/or sales incentive.
