Senior Account Specialist (Upstate NY/Connecticut and surrounding areas)

Responsibilities:
- Build and develop a sales strategy for assigned territory and customer base.
- Drive territory penetration with effective call planning, time management, and accurate forecasting.
- Increase utilization via product demonstrations and customer training/education on indications, contradictions, and safety.
- Execute launch installation action plans; use reward programs and enrollment tools to drive consumable usage.
- Coordinate high attendance at user meetings and intro workshops; support tradeshows and workshops.
- Develop and maintain key relationships; identify new customers and grow existing accounts; conduct business evaluations and reviews.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the industry and competitive products.
- Maintain consistent collaboration and communication with surgical/non-surgical specialists, marketing, and clinical counterparts.
- Generate leads and cross-selling opportunities for Capital Equipment Specialists.
- Prepare sales contracts, quotes, and pricing; complete administrative tasks (quarterly business plans, account profiles/customer database, expense reports).
- Build customer loyalty through superior customer service and communication.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma (Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred).
- 2+ years B2B sales experience.
- Experience selling consumables or medical products to plastic surgeons or dermatologists in a FDA-regulated environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, surgical techniques, and procedures.

Required Skills/Other Requirements:
- Strong selling skills: product attribute communication, influencing/closing, planning/organizational skills, agile time management.
- Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present clinical/technical information to providers and groups.
- Technical acumen (software/hardware) and ability to connect with all levels.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; travel ~75% (including occasional overnights/weekends).
- Ability to transport up to 60 lbs of equipment.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Starting base pay: $90Kโ€“$120K; eligible for annual bonus or sales incentive plan.
