Senior Account Specialist (Territory: Arlington/Alexandria, VA and surrounding areas)

Responsibilities:
- Build and develop a sales strategy for assigned territory and customer base.
- Drive territory penetration with effective call planning, time management, and accurate forecasting.
- Increase utilization via product demonstrations, customer training, and education on indications, contradictions, and safety.
- Execute launch installation action plans; use reward programs and enrollment tools to drive consumable usage.
- Coordinate and achieve high attendance at user meetings and intro workshops; support tradeshows and workshops.
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships; identify new customers and grow existing accounts; conduct business evaluations and reviews.
- Become a subject matter expert on the industry and competitive products.
- Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with surgical/non-surgical specialists, marketing, and clinical counterparts.
- Generate leads and cross-selling opportunities for Capital Equipment Specialists.
- Prepare sales contracts (terms, quotes, pricing).
- Complete administrative tasks (quarterly business plans, account profiles/customer database, expense reports).
- Build customer loyalty through superior service and communication.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelorโ€™s preferred.
- 2+ years B2B/biz-to-biz sales experience.
- Experience selling consumables/medical products to plastic surgeons or dermatologists in an FDA-regulated, highly controlled environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, surgical techniques, and procedures.

Required skills:
- Ability to understand/communicate Solta product attributes.
- Planning/organizational skills; ability to influence and close.
- Strong time management and prioritization.
- Strong written and oral communication; present clinical/technical information to providers and groups.
- Ability to connect with employees at all levels.

Other requirements:
- Valid driverโ€™s license with clean record.
- Travel ~75% (including possible overnights and occasional weekends for events).
- Ability to transport up to 60 lbs of equipment.
- Technical acumen to use software/hardware (e.g., keyboard/mouse).

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Starting base pay range: $80Kโ€“$100K; eligible for annual bonus or sales incentive plan.
