For assigned products (Natrelle), develops marketing communications and plans, directs implementation of tactics which support marketing objectives and strategies. Ensures the highest standards of client service are provided.
Responsibilities:
- Develops comprehensive communications plans for assigned products supporting approved marketing strategies.
- Conducts input sessions with Clients, Agency, Public Relations, and Professional Communications for new product opportunities, new product launches, and annual marketing plans.
- Develops creative platforms for assigned brand(s); provides strategic input to Creative Team (Copywriter and Art Director) and participates in creative development sessions.
- Presents recommended consumer and professional audience campaigns and tactics to Clients (with assistance from key Agency Account Management and Creative staff, when appropriate).
- Investigates and recommends innovative media and sales promotional opportunities; partners with Media Analyst on media schedules; meets with journal and video representatives to stay current on industry trends/information.
- Manages client projects from initiation to completion on time, within budget, and aligned to strategy; communicates regularly with Account Supervisor; ensures correct execution by agency personnel; conducts strategy review meetings for Creative and Legal/Medical.
- Responsible for on-time execution, Legal/Medical accuracy, and satisfactory appearance of assigned communications projects.
- Supervises advertising expenditures; provides budgeted vs. actual reports; supplies budget guidelines to Creative and Production teams; recommends budget revisions based on market/competitive activity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 3β6 years classic-full-service health care agency experience in advertising agency disciplines (creative, production, personnel management, project management) required; client-side marketing, marketing research, or sales experience desirable.
- Knowledge of both marketing and advertising required.
- Excellent management, supervisory, analytical, and communication skills (oral/written); strong systems/organizational abilities; proven interpersonal skills.
