Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct lab experiments to evaluate gene delivery and CAR-T cell engineering feasibility.
- Lead workstreams for optimization and implementation of scalable lentiviral vector production for in vivo CAR-T platforms.
- Document workflows, results, and deviations in electronic lab notebooks.
- Perform data analysis and clearly communicate findings to R&D teams.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams; coordinate execution and deliver study outcomes.
- Train and mentor junior team members as appropriate.
- Apply scientific rigor (critical thinking, problem-solving, troubleshooting, attention to detail).

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree with 5+ years academic and/or industry experience; or
- Masterโ€™s degree with 3+ years academic and/or industry experience; or
- Ph.D. or equivalent in Life Sciences (no experience required).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Viral vector process development experience (upstream and downstream).
- Aseptic mammalian cell culture; primary T-cell culture, activation/expansion.
- Knowledge of viral transduction mechanisms (tropism/integration) and T-cell biology/immunology.
- Analytical characterization/quality attributes for CAR-T (titer, purity, potency, sterility).
- T-cell manufacturing workflows; DoE and process optimization; gene editing (e.g., CRISPR-Cas).
- Flow/PCR/sequencing data analysis; strong communication; collaborative, fast-paced.
