Scientist, ADC In Vivo Pharmacology

Role: In Vivo Pharmacology Scientist specializing in ADC programs within Pfizer's Oncology Research Unit. Responsibilities: conduct and support efficacy, pharmacodynamic, tolerability, and mechanistic in vivo studies using models such as syngeneic, cell line-derived, and patient-derived xenografts; perform tumor measurements, sample collection, and test article administration; collaborate across teams including pathology and bioanalytics; ensure compliance with animal welfare and internal protocols; interpret data for ADC discovery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in biology, pharmacology, or related field; hands-on experience with rodent tumor models and in vivo procedures; understanding of oncology pharmacology, tumor response assessment, and study documentation; strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred: experience with ADCs, targeted therapies, immuno-oncology, ex vivo tissue workflows, and familiarity with study management platforms; AALAS certification advantageous.
