Associate Director of SC Planning Process Ownership leads transformational, cross-functional projects for Supply Chain Management (SCM), initially focused on a Jurisdictional Planning and Control (JP&C) program.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year JP&C roadmap aligned with other SC planning and cross-functional initiatives
- Develop project plans, budgets, goals, and logistics; gain alignment and consensus
- Serve as Project Leader for multiple complex transformation projects with cross-functional teams
- Identify current pain points and their impact on planning; collaborate with stakeholders to define and align on the future process state and benefits
- Partner with SCM leadership, Supply Chain Planning, Quality, Regulatory, CMTO and DTE to align business needs, prioritization, and budget
- Conduct complex scenario planning with assumptions and risk analysis to recommend alternative plans
- Summarize program progress, timeline updates, and risk/opportunity assessments for management
- Provide key project issues and status to senior management to ensure alignment
- Compile succinct reports and prepare meeting minutes; track action items
- Maintain frequent communication with internal/external stakeholders on status, issues, contingencies, and milestones
- Lead change management, including Change Impact Assessments
Technical and Communication Skills
- Expert knowledge of SC planning processes and MPS/MRP systems
- Strong understanding of key functions’ roles/responsibilities and how to use governance forums
- Strong project and change management skills
- Ability to influence without authority
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- High-level understanding of GMP processes and regulatory requirements
- Ability to plan, prioritize, execute, follow up, and anticipate challenges
- Ability to communicate complex problems and decision points visually and verbally
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in supply chain or business
- 7+ years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in supply chain, business, or relevant field
Pay Range
- $153,700 - $230,500
