Responsibilities:
- Implement tactics defined by Marketing and Sales plans for the Neurology Team; deliver sales presentations to current/prospective customers at assigned frequency.
- Use approved marketing and selling materials in the assigned territory; engage a variety of healthcare practitioners.
- Plan and organize activities to ensure consistent territory coverage.
- Achieve product sales performance goals and objectives for the territory.
- Develop comprehensive sales presentations using approved materials; maintain knowledge of disease states and indications.
- Implement the Amneal selling model and DiSC personality profile.
- Conduct pre/post call analysis; review and analyze sales data; utilize developmental budget funds.
- Distribute samples and record sample transactions per Company Policy and PDMA guidelines.
- Adhere to compliance policies; complete administrative reports and meet deadlines.
- Ensure proper safeguarding/care for company assets (e.g., laptop, iPad, fleet vehicle).
- Enter calls into Veeva via iPad; check/respond to email daily.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree (BA/BS) in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or relevant field (Required).
- At least 3 years pharmaceutical sales (or equivalent healthcare industry sales) (Required).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Advanced).
- Strong understanding of disease state and related treatments (Proficient).
- Proven success in pharmaceutical/medical device sales (Advanced).
- Ability to build/maintain professional relationships (Advanced).
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills (Advanced).
- Combination of medical knowledge, sales expertise, and passion for patients (Proficient).
Specialized Knowledge/Licenses:
- US driverโs license (Upon Hire) (Required).
