Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing & sales strategies; deliver balanced, informative sales presentations to current/prospective customers with defined frequency.
- Use assigned marketing/selling materials in the territory; engage in business planning and call on healthcare practitioners, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and retail/wholesaler accounts (if applicable).
- Plan and organize territory activities to ensure regular, consistent coverage; increase product sales.
- Administer territory information and comply with reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in training, conference calls, and meetings; provide occasional weekend coverage for patient programs as needed.
- Meet/exceed product sales performance goals through strategic business planning; manage sample distribution and record sample transactions per PDMA guidelines.
- Craft and deliver approved sales presentations; develop daily call schedules and maintain accurate territory information.
- Demonstrate expertise in disease states/indications; use the Amneal selling model/process (including DiSC) and perform pre/post call analysis.
- Review/analyze sales data and use developmental budget funds to maximize impact.
- Complete administrative reports on time; safeguard company assets; enter calls into Veeva via iPad and check/respond to email daily.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorโs Degree (BA/BS) in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field (Required).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of successful outside sales experience (life sciences preferred).
- Skills: Advanced communication/presentation; proficient disease state/treatments; proven success in pharmaceutical or medical device sales; advanced relationship-building; advanced self-motivation/organization/time management; proficient medical knowledge + sales expertise + passion for patients.
- Licenses: US Driverโs license (Upon hire) Required.
Benefits/Compensation:
- Base salary: $80,000โ$100,000/year.
- Short-term incentive opportunity (bonus/performance-based award) within first 12 months.

Work Conditions:
- 50% travel; may include overnight travel.
