Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing & sales strategies to promote products with the ENDO Sales Team.
- Deliver balanced, informative sales presentations to current/prospective customers with defined frequency.
- Utilize approved marketing and selling materials in the assigned territory.
- Conduct business planning and call on healthcare practitioners, hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and retail/wholesaler accounts (if applicable).
- Plan and organize activities to ensure regular, consistent territory coverage.
- Meet/exceed product sales performance goals through strategic business planning.
- Manage sample distribution and record sample transactions in accordance with Company Policy and PDMA guidelines.
- Demonstrate expertise in disease states and indications relevant to promoted products.
- Implement the Amneal selling model/process principles, including DiSC personality profile.
- Perform pre- and post-call analysis; review/analyze sales data; use developmental budget funds to drive results.
- Complete administrative reports timely; maintain accurate territory information.
- Safeguard company assets (laptop, iPad, fleet vehicle, etc.).
- Enter calls into Veeva System via iPad and check/respond to email daily.
- Participate in training, conference calls, and meetings; provide occasional weekend coverage for patient programs.

Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or relevant field (Required).
- 1+ year of successful outside sales experience (life sciences preferred).
- US Driver’s license upon hire (Required).

- Advanced communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient understanding of disease states and related treatments.
- Advanced success track record (preferably pharmaceutical or medical device sales).
- Advanced ability to build/maintain professional relationships.
- Advanced self-motivation, organization, and time management.
- Proficient combination of medical knowledge, sales expertise, and passion for patients.

Benefits:
- Base salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year.
- Short-term incentive opportunity (bonus/performance-based award) within first 12 months.

Travel:
- 50% travel; may include overnight travel.
