Responsibilities:
- Drive demand through clinical selling and education to referring and treating healthcare providers on Cortrophin Gel.
- Build and execute territory strategy and account-specific plans to drive physician and patient identification, market development, and brand awareness in neurology, nephrology, or rheumatology; continuously assess sales opportunities to maintain and grow the business.
- Prioritize and manage resources, activities, and time to optimize access to and development of high-potential accounts.
- Build individual account plans for key accounts and physicians to approach customers and maximize sales results.
- Build and maintain physician relationships using pre-call planning, insight-based call customization, and post-call analysis.
- Collaborate with Cortrophin brand team and coordinate with MSLs, Market Access, patient HUB, and other internal stakeholders to ensure access and logistics for patients.
- Partner with key accounts and physicians to drive patient identification via market development and physician education; develop a territory strategy to retain customers.
- Demonstrate integrity and compliance.

Skills/Competencies (Preferred/Required):
- Account management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; flexible and adaptable.
- Product launch experience (plus), including government and commercial payer knowledge.
- Experience working with in-house patient support services (required).
- Familiarity with relevant legal/regulatory pharmaceutical requirements.
- Experience leading territory-level business planning (required).
- Understanding of patient services and specialty channel distribution (preferred).
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree in business or science preferred.
- 5+ years successful rare disease or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Experience in neurology, nephrology, or rheumatology strongly preferred.
- Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed for events (in person/virtual).
- Ability to manage multi-state territory (geography-dependent).
- Driverβs license required; overnight travel 40%β60%.

Compensation:
- Base salary range (hourly): $160,000β$200,000; eligible for short- and long-term incentive based on performance and company results.
