Ruminant Territory Sales Representative (SC, NC, VA & GA)

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers; meet with key decision makers to understand practice structure, business model, influencers, needs, and identify opportunities.
- Communicate product information meaningfully; tailor discussions to customer needs.
- Develop customer strategy and territory/account plans to drive sales growth of Animal Health products/services.
- Partner with Technical Services, ID/Infrastructure Specialists, Monitoring Specialists, National Account Managers, and Distribution Field Partners.
- Collaborate across species teams; share regional knowledge to support growth.
- Analyze monthly sales results; manage expenses within budget.
- Select and deliver programs/services from available resources; provide education and training.
- Support development/delivery of relevant offerings with Field Technical Services.
- Build understanding of Animal Health products, industry trends, competitor landscape, and key influencers; communicate trends internally.
- Meet learning and development objectives set with leadership.

Education:
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Required Experience/Skills:
- Familiarity with Beef and Dairy industry.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication/presentation skills.
- Adaptability; ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to use an iPad.
- Travel overnight and some weekend activity.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Animal Health industry sales, account management, beef/dairy management/animal health or monitoring experience.
- Business development/planning; knowledge of animal health protocols and biological/pharmaceutical products.
- Experience with animal health resellers; existing territory relationships.
- Spanish fluency (preferred).
