Radiopharmaceutical Medical Science Liaison (RPT-MSL)
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate peer-to-peer scientific interactions and partnerships with Thought Leaders and HCPs (including nuclear medicine teams at top RPT institutions).
- Liaise with institutions to understand clinical and RPT-specific levers/barriers to patient access in clinical trials.
- Lead high-impact scientific discussions and presentations; educate on real-world evidence and clinical trial read-outs.
- Support clinical development: identify/recommend trial sites, educate investigators/site staff, identify enrollment barriers, and drive solutions.
- Gather early, actionable insights via insight sessions on emerging clinical/diagnostic needs, treatment paradigms, and barriers; translate frontline feedback into recommendations.
- Build competencies in scientific exchange, territory planning, and stakeholder engagement; operate effectively with coaching/tools.
- Serve as a scientific partner to medical and commercial/sales colleagues (medical education and external engagement).
- Apply AI to improve execution and decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced scientific degree (MD/PhD/PharmD/NP/PA); oncology clinical expertise highly preferred.
- 2โ5+ years relevant oncology and/or RPT experience; minimum 3 years field experience with an RPT or solid tumor product.
- Demonstrated curiosity, coachability, and learning agility; motivation/resilience in a fast-paced field role.
- Proven external engagement with national/global Thought Leaders.
- Scientific agility; expert knowledge of clinical practice and evolving healthcare delivery models.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills.
- Travel up to 50%.
