Radiopharmaceutical Medical Science Liaison (RPT-MSL)
Key Responsibilities
- Build scientific partnerships and facilitate peer-to-peer interactions with Thought Leaders and HCPs (including nuclear medicine teams at top RPT institutions).
- Liaise with institutions to understand clinical and RPT-specific levers and barriers to patient access in the context of clinical trials.
- Lead high-impact scientific discussions and presentations; educate key opinion leaders on real-world evidence and clinical trial read-outs.
- Support clinical development: identify/recommend trial sites; engage investigators and site staff; educate on the trial and asset; identify and help resolve enrollment barriers.
- Gather early, actionable insights via insight-gathering sessions; translate frontline feedback into strategic recommendations.
- Develop foundational competencies in scientific exchange, territory planning, and stakeholder engagement; operate effectively within a structured environment with coaching.
- Asset Advisory & Launch: act as a scientific partner to medical and commercial/sales colleagues to guide medical education and external engagement.
- Apply AI to improve team execution and decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- MD, PhD, PharmD (or equivalent) and/or closely related RPT specialty (e.g., nuclear medicine technologist).
- 2-5+ years relevant oncology/RPT experience; minimum 3 years field experience with an RPT or solid tumor product.
- Demonstrated curiosity, coachability, learning agility; motivation and resilience in a fast-paced field role.
- Proven external engagement with national/global Thought Leaders.
- Scientific agility for balanced peer-to-peer data discussion.
- Expert knowledge of clinical practice and evolving healthcare delivery models; strong communication/presentation skills.
- Results-oriented customer/commercial mindset; integrity and good judgment; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel 50%-60% of the time.
