Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and trends for pull-through efforts and impactful customer engagements (virtual or in-person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
- Provide real-time access support with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex industries with geographically dispersed sales teams (last 5 years); associate level may have limited sales experience.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics and ethical/compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of the border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access/buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
