Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Apply territory data and market trends to uncover local insights; support pull-through and lead impactful engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex problems and collaborate across functions.
- Provide real-time access support in collaboration with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similar complex sales) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years (Associate: limited prior sales experience ok).
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts and key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytic/problem-solving skills and ethical leadership/compliance mindset.
- Live within territory or within 50 miles of the border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license; ability to drive and/or fly.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.

Driving is an essential function: fully valid, unrestricted driver’s license required.

Compensation/Benefits (summary):
- Expected salary ranges: $77,000–$143,000 (Associate) | $93,800–$174,200 (TAS) | $119,700–$222,300 (Senior) | $132,300–$245,700 (Executive).
- Performance-based cash incentive; potential eligibility for annual equity awards; US health/life/disability, 401(k) match, time off.

Training: completion of initial training/home study (≀8 hours/day, ≀40 hours/week).
