Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan aligned to shared priorities to drive demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional insights to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to uncover local insights and lead impactful customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to solve complex challenges across functions.
- Provide real-time access support in collaboration with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omnichannel strategies to personalize outreach and engage virtually and face-to-face.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (4-year).
- Experience (within last 5 years) in pharma/biotech/healthcare or complex sales environments (e.g., devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, B2B); strong field leadership and customer engagement. Associate level: limited prior sales experience acceptable.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with analytic/problem-solving skills; ethical leadership and compliance.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of the border; travel 60โ€“80%; valid driverโ€™s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or calling on HCPs.
