Main Responsibilities:
- Engage Rheumatology customers in assigned territory; deliver clinically focused messaging to introduce, launch, grow brand share and revenue, and meet product goals.
- Execute Rheumatology therapeutic area strategies/tactics to generate product utilization.
- Build relationships with Rheumatology experts, other specialists, nurses, office staff, key HCPs, and patient advocacy support groups.
- Coordinate with Rheumatology cross-functional teams (incl. Thought Leader Liaisons) to ensure account success.
- Present and convey clinical information to HCPs (academic centers, hospitals, group practices) in a professional, compliant, ethical, and effective manner.
- Apply deep therapeutic/product/disease expertise (MOA, indications, efficacy, safety); provide market insights and field feedback to home office.
- Coordinate with field/home office teams to address customer needs and market trends; develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives.
- Participate in and help lead sales success initiatives (e.g., congresses, local/regional meetings).
- Provide site-level in-service training (in-person, digital, or virtual).
- Plan, organize, and sponsor local promotional speaker programs.
- Execute short- and long-term strategic plans.
- Maximize territory budget; identify opportunities and develop plans to grow business.
- Own business opportunities including outreach to large group practices, IDNs, and other key targets.
- Establish relationships with key leaders; drive industry-leading customer value.
- Lead cross-functional teams for Sanofi US programs and brand strategies; allocate resources by opportunity.
- Train and launch Kevzara for PMR indication as part of the Kevzara sales team.

Experience/Skill Requirements:
- 3+ years specialty sales experience (pharma/biotech).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Track record in physician/customer-facing and strategic roles.
- Experience with pull-through and total office call.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Effective Communication and Change Agility.
- Strong business acumen and project management.
- Travel up to 80%.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years Rheumatology sales experience.
- Launch experience preferred.
