Main Responsibilities:
- Engage Rheumatology customers in assigned territory and deliver clinically focused messages to introduce, launch, grow brand share and revenue, and meet product goals.
- Execute Rheumatology account strategy/tactics to generate product utilization.
- Build relationships with Rheumatology experts and other HCP and support personnel, as directed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional Rheumatology team members (including Thought Leader Liaisons) to ensure account success.
- Present clinical information to HCPs in a professional, compliant, ethical, and effective manner.
- Demonstrate deep marketplace/therapeutic/product/disease expertise and provide key market insights and field feedback to home office.
- Coordinate with field and home office teams to address customer needs, market dynamics, and develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives.
- Participate in and help lead sales success initiatives (e.g., congresses and meetings).
- Provide site-level in-service training (in person, digitally, or virtually).
- Plan and sponsor local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Execute short- and long-term strategic plans; maximize allocated territory budget.
- Identify opportunities and develop strategies to grow territory business.
- Own business opportunities; call on large group practices and IDNs.
- Establish relationships with key leaders to drive customer value.
- Lead cross-functional teams implementing Sanofi US programs/brand strategies; allocate resources.
- Train and launch Kevzara for polymyalgia rheumatica (PMR) indication.
Experience/Skill Requirements:
- 5+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech sales.
- 2+ years Rheumatology sales experience preferred.
- Track record in physician/customer-facing and strategic roles.
- Experience with pull-through and total office call.
- Launch experience preferred.
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment.
- Effective communication and change agility.
- Strong business acumen and project management.
- Travel up to 75%.
