Responsibilities:
- Develop durable business, deepen collaboration with Retail Pharmacy Field Leaders, and grow appropriate use of Pfizer Primary Care Retail Pharmacy products.
- Build relationships with key decision makers/influencers; align resources and deploy innovative solutions to meet national/regional/district goals.
- Lead account planning and project management; implement and measure impact of customer-aligned Projects and Educations.
- Train and compliantly share approved performance data; use Population Health Discovery Tool (PHDT) to identify immunization opportunities.
- Prioritize retail opportunities by using internal data (including Watchtower) and track operationalization across Communication, Education, Patient Identification, Execution, and Stocking.
- Execute marketing programs with approved materials; facilitate internal sharing of best practices.
- Collaborate across Pfizer matrix partners (Sales, Marketing/CCG, Medical, Legal/Compliance) and local Sales ABMs; meet customers live/virtually as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical or retail-related experience (sales/marketing).
- Valid U.S. driverβs license.
- Proven ability to meet/exceed performance objectives; lead through influence in a matrix environment.
- Strong strategic planning, project management, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Excellent communication of public health/clinical value proposition.
- Travel up to 50%; live within/near assigned geography.
- Nice to have: advanced degree; prior retail pharmacy account management.
Benefits/Comp (as stated): Base salary $162,900β$271,500; bonus target 20% of base; eligible for share-based long-term incentive; 401(k) with Pfizer match and retirement contribution; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; medical/dental/vision coverage.
