Retail Pharmacy Account Manager (RPAM)

Responsibilities:
- Develop durable business and deepen collaboration with Retail Pharmacy field leaders to grow use of Pfizer Primary Care Retail Pharmacy products.
- Identify shared objectives, align resources, and deploy solutions to achieve targeted business results.
- Initiate/cultivate relationships with key retail pharmacy decision makers and influencers; create mutually beneficial plans and action/outcome opportunities.
- Lead tailored account management; prioritize opportunities using internal data sets/stakeholder maps (e.g., Watchtower).
- Train and share externally-facing performance data (approved materials only); use PHDT to identify immunization opportunities.
- Conduct account planning and project management; implement and measure impact of customer-aligned Projects and Educations.
- Drive operationalization progress (Communication, Education, Patient Identification, Execution, Stocking) and develop sustained immunization initiatives.
- Collaborate across matrix teams (Retail Trade Account Director, Sales, Marketing/CCG, Medical, Legal/Compliance) and share/scale best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical or retail-related experience (sales and marketing)
- Valid US driver’s license.
- Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed performance objectives; succeed in matrix environments and lead through influence.
- Strategic stakeholder business planning; strong project/program management.
- Executive-level customer engagement and excellent communication of clinical/public health value.
- Strong US healthcare landscape understanding (including Healthcare Reform) and data-driven prioritization.
- Travel up to 50%; must live in approved geography/commutable distance.

Nice-to-have:
- Advanced degree; prior retail pharmacy or large organized account management experience.

Benefits/Pay (as stated):
- Base salary: $162,900–$271,500; bonus target 20% of base; eligible for long-term incentive; 401(k) with match and additional retirement contribution; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; caregiver/parental and medical leave; medical/prescription/dental/vision.
