Retail Pharmacy Account Manager (RPAM)
Responsibilities:
- Develop durable business and deepen collaboration with Retail Pharmacy Field Leaders to grow appropriate use of Pfizer Primary Care retail pharmacy products.
- Identify shared objectives, align resources, and deploy innovative solutions to achieve targeted business results.
- Initiate and cultivate relationships with key decision makers/influencers across retail pharmacy (e.g., divisional, regional, district, clinical, field operations).
- Create tailored account plans; prioritize opportunities/projects using internal data (including Watchtower).
- Train and compliantly share externally-facing performance data; use PHDT to identify immunization opportunities.
- Manage and measure impact of customer-aligned projects/educations; track Operationalization progress (Communication, Education, Patient Identification, Execution, Stocking).
- Execute RC-approved marketing programs and communications; facilitate internal sharing of chain best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Medical, PCA, Government Relations, Legal/Compliance) and with TAD; operate effectively in a matrix organization.
Qualifications (Must-Have):
- Bachelorβs degree; 5+ years pharmaceutical or retail-related experience (sales/marketing).
- Valid US driverβs license; ability to meet performance objectives.
- Proven matrix leadership via influence; executive-level customer presentations.
- Strong project management; strategic planning and complex program execution.
- Excellent communication of public health/clinical value; strong business acumen.
- Travel up to 50%; live in assigned geography (or commutable distance).
Nice-to-Have:
- Advanced degree; prior retail pharmacy/large-customer account management.
