Responsibilities:
- Develop durable business and deepen collaboration with Retail Pharmacy field leaders to grow appropriate use of Pfizer Primary Care Retail Pharmacy products.
- Build productive relationships; align objectives, resources, and deploy solutions via projects and education to drive operationalization.
- Initiate/cultivate relationships with decision makers and influencers (e.g., Divisional VPs, Regional/District Leaders, Clinical Directors, Field Clinical Trainers/Operations) and engage local stakeholders.
- Conduct account planning and project management; prioritize retail opportunities using internal data sets (e.g., Watchtower) and track operationalization areas (Communication, Education, Patient Identification, Execution, Stocking).
- Train and share approved performance data; use PHDT to identify immunization opportunities.
- Execute marketing programs and deliver value-added, RC-approved messaging.
- Collaborate across Pfizer matrix (TAD, Sales, Marketing/CCG, Medical, Legal/Compliance) and with field colleagues to drive pull through.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical or retail-related experience (sales and marketing).
- Valid US driver’s license; ability to travel up to 50% and overnight domestically.
- Proven ability to meet/exceed performance objectives; lead through influence in matrix environments.
- Strong strategic planning, complex program/project management, executive-level customer presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of the US healthcare landscape and Retail Pharmacy impacts.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree.
- Prior account management experience in retail pharmacy/large organized customers.
Benefits/Compensation (stated):
- Base salary: $162,900–$271,500; bonus target 20%; eligible for long-term incentives; 401(k) with match, paid time off, medical/dental/vision, and other leave benefits.
