Responsibilities
- Develop durable retail pharmacy business, deepen collaboration with retail field leaders, and grow appropriate use of Pfizer primary care retail pharmacy products.
- Identify shared objectives, align resources, deploy solutions, and deliver targeted business results through projects and education.
- Initiate/cultivate relationships with key retail pharmacy field leaders; develop tailored account plans and project manage initiatives.
- Use PHDT and internal data to identify immunization opportunities; train and share externally-facing approved performance data.
- Implement and measure customer-aligned projects/educations; advance operationalization (Communication, Education, Patient Identification, Execution, Stocking).
- Generate sustained immunization initiatives by aligning RC-approved resources; execute marketing programs with approved materials.
- Collaborate across Pfizer matrix (TAD, Sales/Account, Marketing/CCG, Medical, Legal/Compliance) and scale best practices.
- Travel for customer meetings (live/virtual) and approved promotional exhibits.
Qualifications (Must-Have)
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical/retail sales & marketing experience.
- Valid US driverβs license; ability to travel up to 50% and live within commuting distance of geography.
- Track record meeting/exceeding performance objectives; strong matrix leadership and executive customer engagement.
- Strategic thinking, complex project/program management, data-driven prioritization, and excellent communication.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare landscape and US Healthcare Reform impact on retail pharmacy.
