Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary commercial contact in assigned territory and customer base; collaborate with cross-functional field partners to achieve/surpass sales targets.
- Build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
- Drive demand generation and product awareness/appropriate use among healthcare professionals.
- Use market/insights to develop account business plans that increase engagement and achieve launch and ongoing sales goals.
- Lead local market analysis and identify opportunities with cross-functional partners.
- Use omnichannel/digital technologies to execute brand strategy and aligned tactics.
- Maintain understanding of NSCLC competitor landscape; reimbursement environment and oral-oncolytic distribution to inform strategy.
- Deliver professional, compliant presentations and communicate complex scientific information.
- Partner with data/analytics to enable precision targeting and high customer service.
- Represent the company at local, regional, and national medical conferences.
- Partner with marketing, market access, and medical to support customer needs; complete required administrative tasks (call activity reporting, expense submissions) and adhere to compliance/policy guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in business, Biological Sciences, or related.
- 7+ years pharmaceutical/biotech account sales; 5+ years relevant oncology (solid tumors and/or oral-oncolytic) preferred.
- Track record meeting/exceeding sales goals (preferably in small/rare competitive markets).
- Experience with key opinion leaders and executive-level customers.
- Success launching new products in small/mid-size biotech.
- Strong interpersonal, selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Technical proficiency using digital tools for virtual promotion.
- Up to 65% overnight travel; must be able to travel by car/plane/train.
- Must live within assigned geography.
- Ability to meet credentialing requirements (e.g., background checks, drug screens, immunization proof).
