Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan aligning shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Apply knowledge of the market/competition/cross-functional dynamics to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to identify local insights and lead customer engagements (virtual or in-person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex problems and collaborate across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for a seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omnichannel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
- Experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar complex sales) with large geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years; strong field leadership and customer engagement. Associate level: limited prior sales experience encouraged.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with analytic/problem-solving skills; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
- Reside within the territory or within 50 miles of the border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.
Desirable:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states/account management/new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and HCP calling.
