Reimbursement Business Manager (Dermatology) - Seattle, WA

Role: The Reimbursement Business Manager (RBM) supports healthcare provider access to Regeneron products by executing reimbursement strategies within payer segments, focusing on specialty pharmacy and coverage issues. Responsibilities: collaborate cross-functionally with sales and medical teams to develop strategic reimbursement plans, educate physicians on coverage policies, maintain expertise on payer landscapes including CMS and Part D, and build relationships with provider offices to resolve access barriers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in pharma or biologics, with at least 2 years in reimbursement; experience with specialty pharmacy networks; strong collaboration and communication skills; knowledge of commercial insurers, managed care, government payers, and healthcare delivery systems. Preferred: leadership experience and cross-functional partnership skills.
