Reimbursement Business Manager

Role: Reimbursement Business Manager supporting healthcare provider access and reimbursement strategies for Regeneron products within payer segments in the Greater Dallas, TX area. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams to educate providers on coverage, developing strategic plans for reimbursement initiatives, and maintaining expertise on payer landscapes, including specialty pharmacy and utilization management. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers to address coverage barriers, ensuring team knowledge in access/reimbursement protocols, and supporting product access efforts for Regeneron’s Alliance portfolio, notably Dupixent. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years’ experience in pharmaceuticals or biologics, including 2+ years in reimbursement, especially with specialty pharmacy networks; strong collaboration and communication skills; understanding of commercial insurers, managed care, government payers, and CMS policies, including Medicare Part D. Preferred: Leadership experience, cross-functional partnership skills, and familiarity with Account Management structure.
